Welcome to the rat race! That never-ending cycle of work, sleep, eat, repeat. It’s like running on a hamster wheel, except with less fur and more stress. But why do we call it the rat race? Well, picture this: a bunch of rats scurrying through a maze, trying to reach a reward at the end. Sound familiar? That’s because the rat race is all about chasing after something – whether it’s money, status, or some other elusive goal – without ever really stopping to enjoy the journey.
